Training
My Architectural journey began in 2020 when joined the University of Nairobi's School of Architecture. For six years I was exposed to several areas of the profession, from residential and commercial design to institutional and mixed-use developments. My studies culminated in a year-long research and design thesis that investigated how architecture can improve agricultural productivity through the design of facilities for dairy goats, dairy cattle, and layer chicken production. The project reinforced my belief that architecture is not merely about creating buildings, but about designing systems that improve the way people live and work.

Philosophy
My academic journey and my curiosity pursuits have shaped my philosophy of Architecture in profound ways. I believe that the role of Architecture is to serve the community, embody the culture and the context, and create quality living. Without these, buildings become empty shells devoid of meaning.
03
Practice
My curiosity has always extended beyond the traditional boundaries of architecture. I view architecture as a discipline that naturally intersects with fields such as agriculture and technology, each offering new ways to address complex design challenges. Alongside my architectural work, I develop software that supports the design process, including web applications, this portfolio website, and custom tools and plugins for Autodesk Revit. Through programming, I have found another medium for design, one that encourages computational thinking and expands the possibilities of architectural practice.
04
Purpose
Whether designing buildings or developing software, I am driven by the same underlying purpose: to create thoughtful, practical, and lasting solutions that respond to real-world needs.
